CreateJigsawPuzzles.com ships worldwide and offers a number of different shipping methods to meet your needs. Your shipping charges are finalized at checkout and orders can be tracked throughout the shipping process.
To ensure your orders arrive to you damage free, we use well-insulated packing materials in strong and secure boxes which are specifically designed for transit.

Shipping times
Apart from our premium products, we are renown for our very fast turnaround times. In fact, we are probably the fastest in this industry for whatever quantity you need. This is only possible due to our vast 40 plus years of experience in manufacturing and delivering to clients worldwide. We have built up a very robust logistics network over the years to ensure our products get to you in the quickest time possible and in tip top condition.

We always do our best to ensure that your order will arrive on time, however, delivery dates are for reference only and are not guaranteed as it also depends on third party carriers services which we are unable to control. In general, the majority of orders will arrive between the estimated arrival dates. We cannot assume responsibility for circumstances beyond our control, including delays in customs clearance, payment approval, and other related matters. If your order cannot be delivered to you due to unsuccessful attempts to contact or deliver to the recipient, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to arrange a replacement or refund for your order. In such cases, you will need to place a new order.
To ensure successful delivery, it is crucial to provide accurate contact information and ensure availability at the designated delivery address during the expected delivery timeframe. If there are any changes or concerns regarding the delivery, please notify our customer service team promptly.
Tax & Duty
There will be no import tax and custom duty issues for shipments to US addresses. There will also be no import tax and custom duty issues for shipments to Australia (on orders of up to 850 excluding shipping costs), Canada (on orders of up to 18 excluding shipping costs), UK (on orders of up to 20 excluding shipping costs) and to EU countries (on orders of up to 300 excluding shipping costs shipped via standard shipping method). For all other international shipments and conditions, recipients are responsible for any custom duty or taxes imposed by that country, which are collected by the carrier upon delivery, if any. Please check with your local government agency or contact us for more information. If your order cannot be delivered to you due to the following reasons: failure to settle the required tax or tariff payment, or refusal to settle the tax or tariff, we will be unable to arrange a replacement or refund for your order.
Shipping to multiple addresses
You can ship your items to any number of addresses around the world by using our built-in split order function at checkout just above the shipping address area. For example you can choose to split your order of 100 puzzles into 100 orders going to 100 addresses i.e. 1 copy ship to 1 address. Note that you can also import your addresses into our address book using the download and upload CSV template function to save time.
Fulfillment Service
Our fulfillment service eliminates the pain in repackaging, labeling and resending out each and every one of your puzzles ordered through us to your own customers. If you want to manufacture and send out your puzzles to your end customer for your business with minimal effort, we have the perfect one stop solution for you starting from as low as 1.5 extra per parcel dispatch.
