Puzzles are fun for all ages . . a well rec ognized form of meditation to help increase mental skiils into our later years and support good health in ways similar to meditation. We are assembling a large collection of different puzzels that are collectable as a series in various levels of complexity. Puzzles make excellent gifts . . . they can be used by individuals as well as a really engaging family project. Often the completed puzzles are works of art and can be made into a tray or be displayed on a wall in a beautiful frame. Many companies are using puzzles in "team building" exercises as well as for intergroup competition.
